Just Plain Fun!

Lindsey LOVES to hang from her swing set. William showed her how to do a couple weeks back and she hasn't stopped since. She hangs for a minute or two, pulls her legs up, goes back to the fort and walks around the outside of the fort area. She is such a monkey!! She still makes me nervous when she does it, but I am amazed at how strong she really is :)

S'more Smores :)

I recently built a fire pit in our backyard and tonight we finally broke it in. We had some old wood sitting on the side of the house that Jason decided to use. It took a while to get it lit, as it has weatherd the conditions for quite some time, but eventually we were able to enjoy a very nice fire that is still going hours later. Lindsey was able to make and eat her first ever Smore!! She took right to it with sticking marshmallows on sticks and seemingly had no fear of the fire pit so we had to reel her in a bit. The kids had a great time and ate some very yummy smores :)

(The kids decided to play a small game of tug-of-war while Jason was working on lighting the fire.)

Fun, fun, fun...

Isn't she pretty? I just loooove her hair!!!

The kids were having a ton of fun tonight just running around being kids. I spent a good chunk of time on the floor (and now my back is paying for it) goofing around with them :) The above pictures are actually from inside my shirt. She can be so silly sometimes!!

Lindsey's 3rd Easter--Part 2. Brunch & Nana's House!

Lindsey had a great Easter day. After their Easter egg at our house, we met Nana, Grandpa and Uncle Jason for brunch at the Bristol Country Club. We ate lots of yummy food and gathered up the strength needed for a long Easter egg hunt at Nana's house :) The kids found tons of eggs at Nana's house and took a long time opening up their eggs to find all of their goodies. After Nana's house it was off to Grandma Bower's. We spent the rest of the afternoon there and William was even able to squeeze in a baseball game with a bunch of the Bower kids since it was nice outside. A very busy and fun day for all!

Lindsey's 3rd Easter, Part 1--Egg Hunt!

William and Lindsey woke up bright and early this morning for their Easter egg hunt! They actually did a great job of taking turns finding eggs ( since I knew William would run through house and claim all of them if I didn't hold him back just a little;). They found eggs inside and outside since the weather is nice out:) Now it's time to clean up, get ready for brunch, and head out for more Easter fun. Happy Easter Everybody!!!

An Egg-cellent Time!

The kids decorated Easter Eggs tonight! They had such a good time and Daddy even helped out, too. The eggs turned out very pretty and even had glitter on them.

No Foolin' Here! Just Fun!

Outside playing around..all in pink. Hangin' with Cole.

Making sure Cole has his YaYa.

I love my Daddy...
Baby in a box.

No April Fool's here, just playing around having bunches of fun. Lindsey has been into all sorts of things lately, including boxes--and especially her YaYa. I can't seem to get her to give up her pacifier at all lately. Might be because we are watching baby Cole now and he has a pacifier in his mouth a lot lately. It was warm(ish) outside today so Linds played in the backyard for a little while. We're looking forward to more warm weather and more outside play time!

What a Little Lady!

Aww. What a pretty little lady! Lindsey is loving hanging out in her new Easter Dress! In fact, I had to convince her to take it off and now she is wearing her dress from last year with different gloves--but same hat:) She is having such a great time playing dress up! She even thought it would be cute to add her umbrella and purple princess high heels with her outfit. What a little Belle!! Easter should be a lot of fun this year. Can't wait!! Thanks, Nana!!

Bubbalicious Fun!

We have had some very nice weather up here lately, and whenever it's really nice out (been in the 70s, 60s, and 50s recently) Lindsey loves to spend her time outside! Whether she is doing sidewalk chalk, splashing in the puddles, or blowing bubbles, she can spend hours outside having a great time! I even got a lot of pruning done with my shrubs and she was just as happy helping me remove the branches and taken them down to the curb. Such a great helper:) Looking forward to more warm weather!
