The Many Adventures of Linds-O!

Baby Lindsey, 3 days old...I see a little similarity between the two:)
Look! Another Bower baby--Baby Cole Bower-Kimmel! He is tooo cute. Notice that he looks a little like Lindsey did?!?:)

Splish, Splash!

Washing her hair, such a big girl...

BUBBLES!!!

I noticed last week that when Lindsey was watching her favorite show, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, that she was able to correctly identify a pattern all on her own! That is amazing for only being 2 1/2 years old. The characters were listing groups of four colors, repeated twice, and in the third set, the last two colors were missing. Lindsey knew, based on the pattern, that the last two colors would end up being yellow and purple. The things that she figures out on her own just amaze me. Also, in the bathtub (from the above shots) she distinguished between hot and warm water. At the beginning of her bath, she stood in the water and said that it was hot. A minute or so later, so felt it with her hand again and said "It's hot." I said back to her, "No, not it's not how now." She again felt the water with her hand and said, "It's warm." How does she know gradations in temperature at this age?!? Unbelievable. I just love watching her grow and learn....

Lindsey is 2 1/2 years old..On Friday the 13th! (Plus, more playtime for the girls...)

Sharing play-doh.
Putting bowls on each other's heads:)

Playing on the floor--imitating each other....

Still playing on the floor.

In the immortal words of the Teletubbies, "Big Hug!!"

Lindsey and Sadie being fashionable with purses.

"I am Lindsey, Queen of the Hill!"

I was on the floor, playing with the girls....Cool angle, I thought.

More *smooch* time..Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Sorry for the delay in posting...1 there hasn't been a lot going on to take pictures of, and 2, we've had some sick kids here off an on in the recent past. But, Sadie was back here again today and the girls had a great time playing together, as usual. They were having a nice time sharing play-doh this morning. Then they were enjoying putting bowls on each other's heads, and playing on the floor and there was even some time for hugging and kissing--both very affectionate girls--so sweet! We had a 60 degree day on Tuesday and the girls were able to go outside for a bit. They ran around the driveway and sidewalks, did sidewalk chalk and even rode their scooters for a while. We're all getting Spring Fever and can't wait for more warm weather! This summer should be a great time! There will be soo much for the girls to do outside this year:) Can't wait!!
