What a Little Lady!

Aww. What a pretty little lady! Lindsey is loving hanging out in her new Easter Dress! In fact, I had to convince her to take it off and now she is wearing her dress from last year with different gloves--but same hat:) She is having such a great time playing dress up! She even thought it would be cute to add her umbrella and purple princess high heels with her outfit. What a little Belle!! Easter should be a lot of fun this year. Can't wait!! Thanks, Nana!!

Bubbalicious Fun!

We have had some very nice weather up here lately, and whenever it's really nice out (been in the 70s, 60s, and 50s recently) Lindsey loves to spend her time outside! Whether she is doing sidewalk chalk, splashing in the puddles, or blowing bubbles, she can spend hours outside having a great time! I even got a lot of pruning done with my shrubs and she was just as happy helping me remove the branches and taken them down to the curb. Such a great helper:) Looking forward to more warm weather!

A New Little Guy to Play with--Cole!!

Lindsey has a new little playmate! His name is Cole and he is the son of Adam & Katie--Jason's cousin. He is 10 weeks old and is cute as a button:) He is just starting to interact and look around at his surroundings. Lindsey is soooo sweet and gentle with him, and she looks forward to every time that he comes over. She tries to give him toys, she likes to lie next to him on the floor and even talks to him! So wonderful to have a baby in the house again--especially since Lindsey is getting sooo big!

Pics of Lindsey/Cole & Linds "Gardening"

Another side-by-side of Lindsey and Cole. Linds was 1 month old in that pic..a little similarity. Also, a pic of Cole awake and playing:)

It was really nice and warm outside today (in the 50s) so Lindsey and I played outside for a while. When we were out there, Lindsey remembered that I had watering cans downstairs and wanted to get them so she could water the "garden." We went downstairs, retrieved the watering cans and came back outside. I then realized that she didn't have any shoes on and that she couldn't go and get some water (from the sump pump hose..oooh..cooold water!). Linds, being the little problem solver that she is took my shoes and walked back and forth, getting water, and watering "the garden." I have a bunch of perennials planted in the front and she could see some poking out and thought that it would be a good idea to help get a head start on growing. Such a helper!!

Some Special Time for William

Okay, I know this is Lindsey's blog, but I also know that several of you out there like to see what William is up to, as well. Last Friday we went to the Milwaukee Admiral's game (ice hockey) and only took William. Lindsey stayed home with Nana & Grandpa so Will could have some special time with us. He had a great time! He got to have a hot dog & soda, some popcorn with DaddyJ, and even bought one of those big foam fingers--PLUS, it was a bobblehead night AND the UW Badger Band was playing that night! (My initial reason for taking him to that game.) It was a very fun night for us! (I also made a phone call and got Jason's name in lights as a surprise for his birthday!!)
