*Christmas Card Preview*

While shopping at Burlington Coat Factory, I picked up a very pretty Christmas dress for Lindsey, and as it turns out, her baby doll, too. So when I got her home, I put her dress on and all of her accessories and tried to take some pictures of her for this year's Christmas card. Fortunately, she cooperated pretty well for me (much better than last year!!) but because she was soo excited about her baby doll having a matching dress, she spent most of her time looking at her dolly rather than me. Either way, I got a few good shots in, and hopefully tomorrow I can get a good one of the two kids together.

Having Fun with Sadie

Lindsey got to play with Sadie the other night at the Bower family get together. Lindsey thinks that Sadie is her baby and loves to hold her and tries to pick her up. This time though, Lindsey tried to pick her up and they ended up tumbling backwards. They had a lot of fun playing together though. :)

Lindsey Builds a Snowman!

We got our first official snow last night. We have had a few flurries here and there this past month, but last night we got about an inch of (wet) snow. After breakfast, Lindsey put our warm clothes on and ran outside (so I could shovel) to play in the snow. She had a great time! All morning long, she kept running to the window to look outside and admire all of the white stuff :) After I was done shoveling, I helped Lindsey make a snowman. She did a great job helping me roll and push the large snowballs to out in front of the yard. When he was done being assembled, I found some sticks and rocks to put together for his face and arms. Lindsey kept putting snow on top of his head. So much fun to play in the snow!!

Linds has had her bed converted over to a toddler bed for about a year now, but only just started bouncing on it. I thought it was kinda cute so I caught it on video....

Lindsey at the Table

I decided to convert Lindsey's highchair over to sit comfortably at the dinner table with us. She has been climbing in and out of her chair a lot lately so I thought it would be safer to take the tray off and seat her with us while we dine. Plus, a lot of the time she likes to sit at the table and eat from time to time, but can't reach the table very well from the chair--so this puts her up higher. These pictures are of her first meal at the table with her big brother. Grilled cheese sandwiches...yummy!

Just Playing Around...

Here's just a few pictures of the kids playing around from the past week, or two. In the first picture, Lindsey thought it would be a good idea to climb into her shopping cart and have her brother push her around. In the second and third picture, Lindsey found my glasses and thought she looked cute in them--and then made a silly face! And lastly, a sweet picture of a tired baby during nap time.

Lindsey in the Leaves...

Lindsey had a great time yesterday playing outside in the leaf pile that I had in the backyard. The weather has been so nice and warm lately (about 70f) that I thought it was just great that she could play as long as she felt like it, even though it is November! Before ya know it, it'll be snowing here. Gotta enjoy the nice weather while we can:)

Lindsey Trick or Treating!

Lindsey had a great time going Trick or Treat yesterday. And it was even really nice out (65f). Everyone loved her little Minnie Mouse outfit from the top of her mouse ears to her adorable Minnie Mouse shoes! She did a great job walking around the neighborhood in her little high heels. She got lots of yummy candy, but all she really wanted was a sucker that she got from a house early on when she was trick or treating. She could have been done with only having gone to two houses:) She was perfectly content with that sucker! She was so adorable!!!
